Housed in the attic of the Town Hall, the acetaia (vinegar loft) features three sets of barrels: two smaller ones named Secchia and Panaro (each with six barrels), and a larger one dedicated to the Torre Ghirlandina (with ten barrels). These precious casks hold Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, a product cherished by the Este Court and historically offered as an exquisite and prestigious gift on special occasions.
