Please note that credit card payments for Modenatur s.c.a.r.l. are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland (“TREKKSOFT”). Therefore, TREKKSOFT will appear as MODENATUR on your credit card statement for the payment of this booking. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

The following Terms and Conditions govern the offer and sale of activities and tours on the site experience.modenatur.it, visitmodena.it and on other web addresses connected via widgets to the booking system managed by Modenatur (Modenatur scarl, via Scudari 10 - 41121 Modena Italy VAT number 02374350367 Travel agency authorization n.92 Province of Modena.
The purchase of a service provided by Modenatur implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions in addition to those specified in the presentation forms of the activities, tickets and tours offered.
ACTIVITIES:
Modenatur aims to collect and offer for sale online in a coordinated way activities, tours, tickets, packages relating to the Modena and regional territory. Modenatur sells online, using the trekksoft software, tours, activities, event tickets and leisure services offered by third party service providers or, in some cases, by Modenatur itself. Unless otherwise indicated in the presentation form of the activity proposed for sale, Modenatur acts as an intermediary or reseller of services organized by activity and tour providers and declines all responsibility for the adequacy of the Supplier's Service or for the consequences deriving from use of the Provider's Service. The products may also include tickets for leisure or travel services provided and organized directly by Modenatur, including tourist packages (with specific general conditions of sale which can be found in the product presentation sheets). In this case, Modenatur is considered as a Supplier / organizer under these Terms and Conditions. The Service is operated directly by Modenatur only if specified.
PURCHASE / BOOKING PROCEDURE:
Only adult customers can make purchases on Modenatur e-commerce.
Some activities on the site provide for online payment by credit card or google pay. Other activities are booked online but paid for on site. The type of purchase or booking is always indicated in the business presentation form where you will find the button to proceed with the booking. On the presentation sheet you will find the product description, specific conditions and terms of sale. By proceeding with the booking, you imply that you have fully read and understood the description of the activity and accept the general conditions of sale, booking and cancellation. We recommend that you read the cancellation policies carefully before making your reservation.
ACTIVITIES WITH IMMEDIATE OR DEFERRED CONFIRMATION
Some activities are automatically confirmed to the customer at the time of payment by credit card by e-mail (if the confirmation email does not arrive, we recommend checking the spam folder or contacting info@modenatur.it to ask for support.). Some activities, as specified in the description of the activity itself, are subject to the need for reconfirmation by the supplier or are activated upon reaching a minimum number of participants. In this case, when the customer makes the reservation, the customer receives an e-mail notifying that the amount is pre-authorized on the credit card and will be charged later only when the reservation is confirmed. In case of failure to confirm the amount will be released and no charge will be made.
FIXED DATE OR OPEN DATE ACTIVITIES
Some activities are related to the choice of a specific day and time. In this case, the customer is required to respect the date and day chosen and to show up on time for the activity. If this does not happen, the supplier may not be able to provide the service and no refund can be obtained. In line with the conditions of each activity, specified in the descriptive card, it may be possible within certain terms and conditions to request changes of date / time / name by carefully following the instructions on the card and in the ticket. Open date activities can always be usable or subject to a subsequent verification of availability at the supplier by the customer. All this information is present in the descriptive cards of the activities and on the vouchers that the customer receives at the time of purchase.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Modenatur is solely responsible for the sale of activities / tours / products which it has provided in its name and on its own behalf. In any other case, Modenatur has no responsibility for the Services of the Suppliers, which are provided exclusively by the relevant Supplier. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to exclude Modenatur's liability for any damage or liability you may incur in the event of any breach of the terms and conditions of sale by the Service Provider.
PAYMENTS
Before sending the purchase confirmation, you will be asked for your credit card details needed to make the payment. All financial details are sent securely to Trekksoft (Trekkpay / Payyo payment service provider). This information is treated with maximum security and is not directly visible to Modenatur which can operate with it (charge, refund ..) but not view, save or keep payment data.
TAX DOCUMENTATION FOR PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH MODENATUR E-COMMERCE
Pursuant to Article 22 of Presidential Decree no. 633/1972 - The issuance of the invoice to private customers is not mandatory, if it is not requested by the customer no later than the time of carrying out the operation. Modenatur records the collections on a daily basis and transmits them via electronic procedure to the Revenue Agency in accordance with the law. In the event that the customer wishes to have an invoice or a copy of the commercial document, he is required to contact Modenatur (amministrazione@modenatur.it) at the time of purchase (no later than the next day). For purchases made by subjects with a VAT number, the issuance of the invoice is mandatory. It is the customer's responsibility to communicate to Modenatur the data for the header of the invoice in the booking form or at the same time as the purchase by sending an email to amministrazione@modenatur.it

PRIVACY
During the purchase or booking procedure it is necessary to provide some personal data such as: name, surname, city, country, telephone, mobile phone, e-mail, number, holder and expiry date of the credit card. This information allows Modenatur to manage the reservation with the service provider and to confirm the reservation. This information is intended to be provided voluntarily by the customer for the purpose of obtaining the reservation, with the consent to process the related data in compliance with the provisions of the General Regulation for the protection of personal data 2016/679 - Personal data are processed by Modenatur solely for the purpose of providing the Products in the best possible way. Modenatur communicates to the service providers the minimum data necessary for the service to be provided.
