A unique cooking class set in an urban regeneration space at LUOGO Home Restaurant, where participants will explore traditional Modenese dishes reimagined with a contemporary twist, guided by a chef specialized in natural cuisine.
At the end of the class, guests will enjoy a tasting aperitif featuring tortelloni, calzagatti, and vegetarian tigelle, paired with a glass of Lambrusco. All ingredients are sourced from small local organic producers who respect nature and promote biodiversity.
