Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes

The price includes: 

  • demonstration;

  • crafting 1-2 ice cream flavors;

  • tastings;

  • bowl of homemade ice cream to take home;

The price doesn't include:
  • Additional tastings (on customer request)
  • transportation

For groups from 5 to max 15 people, the activity will consist of an ice-cream demonstration with the master ice-cream maker Toschi and a tasting of various flavours at choice. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once the date has been set, it can be cancelled up to 7 days before without penalty.
For cancellations communicated after this term, the value of the voucher will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Once you have received your voucher, you should write to info@modenatur.it in order to arrange a date for the Gelato Experience, specifying your reservation number.

The master ice cream maker will show the secrets behind the creation of an authentic Italian homemade ice cream flavor at every stage: from the precise measurements and ingredient blending to mastering the equipment, from the gelato extraction from the batch freezer to displaying it in the shop window. After the demonstration, participants will have the chance to create 1- 2 ice cream flavors themselves, all under the guidance of the master ice cream maker. Not only will they manage all the various ingredients and instruments, but they will also learn how to achieve the perfect creaminess and texture for an amazing ice cream. The recipe book includes milk-based flavors, such as the classic “pistacchio” and “fiordilatte” variegated with Toschi cherry, and water-based fruit flavors, such as strawberry and lemon. At the end, participants will have the sweetest reward: tasting their own creations.
