A wine experience in the Bolognese hills within the Isolani family's historic Monte Vecchio estate, including an exploration of their vineyards and cellar, discovering all the production phases of organic wines and the secrets of their terroir.
- Hillside Fragrance
An aromatic workshop introducing you to the discovery, smelling and picking of the plants and flowers that live on the Koinè Farm estate. During the experience, you will be using a steam distiller and take home your Hillside Fragrance as a souvenir.
