Walk along Via Vandelli with a Centofiori certified guide, the ancient commercial and military road strongly desired by Duke Francesco III d'Este, built in the mid-18th century to connect Modena, capital of the Estense Duchy, and Massa. Along the Via Vandelli, which takes its name from its creator and builder, the abbot engineer, geographer and mathematician, Domenico Vandelli, you can go back to the time of the Este Duchy and enjoy breathtaking views along the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and the Apuan Alps. We will start together from the Ducal Palace of Modena, until we reach the Ducal Palace of Massa, crossing the Apuan Alps.
