Real sfogline (pasta makers) will teach you how to cook some of Modena's most famous traditional dishes, such as tortellini, tortelloni and tagliatelle, while a chef specializing in natural cuisine will prepare salads and side dishes with you, where seasonal vegetables will be the protagonists.

The cooking class will involve the participants, who will be able to knead and help in the realization of fresh pasta typical of this area.
They will also be able to follow the preparation of vegetable recipes, such as gourmet salads and creative side dishes with seasonal vegetables. Finally, in front of a good glass of natural wine, chosen from the labels of some of the organic farms in the area, they will taste the dishes preparedl

possibility to choose a 100% vegetarian experience with revisiting some recipes that traditionally contain meat.

This experience is offered with an open-date voucher: once you purchase the cooking class you can agree on the date of the class.


150€ per person for individual or couple courses

120€ per person for groups of at least 3 people
80€ per person epr accompanied children 10 to 16 years old

for children ages 6 to 9 accompanied by a paying adult

The price includes:
  • cooking class and tasting of the recipes made
  • one glass of natural organic wine per person or one organic juice (for children and teens)
The price does not include:
  • Extra tastings (at client's request)
  • Seated lunch with table service (menu to be agreed with the client)
Once the date of the cooking class is set, it can be cancelled up to 7 days in advance without penalty.
For cancellations communicated after this deadline, the value of the voucher will be retained as cancellation fee.
