Ice-cream Masterclass - Toschi - Special Tasty weekend

A master gelato maker will demonstrate the preparation of an authentic Italian artisanal gelato flavor through every stage: from measuring and combining the ingredients to using the equipment, from extracting the gelato from the batch freezer to displaying it in the showcase. After the demonstration, participants will have the opportunity to create 1 or 2 gelato flavors on their own, managing the ingredients and various tools, and learning how to achieve the right creaminess and consistency for a perfect gelato.
