• At the end of your visit, enjoy a tasting of the finest quality Villani salumi on the museum’s terrace. You’ll taste PDO (protected designation of origin) Prosciutto di Parma, aged twenty-four months; tender, Italian Cinquefiori Maxi high-quality cooked prosciutto; savory Il Gentile salami; and fragrant PGI (protected geographical indication) Bologna La Santo mortadella, accompanied by a glass of local lambrusco wine.
