Alessandro and Fulvia, united by their passion for craft beer, decided in 2016 to bring their dream to life by founding a brewery and pub. They transformed a former Parmigiano Reggiano cheese dairy into a welcoming and unique space. During your visit, they will not only share the story behind their project, but also guide you through the brewing process of their 22 beers—from the selection of high-quality raw ingredients to the fermentation stage.
