Cooking class on Maccherone al Pettine and Bike Tour in the Barchessoni- Special tasty weekend

  • 10:30 - 14:00 Le Alchimie dei Pico in collaboration with the Politeama association offers a day, in the suggestive location of the old Barchessone,horse stable of the Italian army built in 1824, considered one of the most beautiful in the area so much so that it was called the basilica of the valleys,  to discover the traditions of the Mirandola valleys where with the “Razdore” (the modenese word for the traditional woman who is the head of the household, often responsible for managing the home and preparing food for the whole family)  you can participate in the Maccheroni al pettine workshops as per tradition and taste them with the traditional ragù of our territory accompanied by a good glass of Lambrusco, in an area rich in history and in contact with nature.
 
  • Cycling tour among the Barchessoni to discover the colors and immense spaces of the Valleys, the history of the Fifth Horse Breeding Deposit (1883 by the Ministry of War) and the Basilica of the Mirandola Valleys.
 
  • 14:00 end of experience
