Guided tour and tasting of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena at Acetaia Pedroni -Tasty Weekend Special

Visit to an "Acetaia," where the renowned traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP is crafted. Discover how "the black gold of Modena" is produced through the "Soleri" method, which involves transferring the vinegar from one barrel to another in what are known as "batteries." At the end of the tour, enjoy a comprehensive tasting of all the acetaia's products, including the prestigious "Affinati" vinegars (aged a minimum of 12 years in barrels) and "Extra Vecchi" vinegars (aged a minimum of 25 years).
