Visit to Albinelli Market and cooking demonstration followed by a convivial lunch

During the visit, we will discover the history, traditions, and fascinating stories behind this iconic place of Modena’s food culture.

We will then move to Ad Maiora restaurant, where the Chef will personally guide us through the preparation of two great classics of Modena’s cuisine: tortellini and gnocco fritto.
 

At the end of the cooking class, we will sit down for a convivial lunch, enjoying the dishes we have prepared together, accompanied by a glass of Lambrusco. A relaxed moment of sharing, celebrating the authentic flavors of Modena’s culinary tradition in a warm and genuine setting.
