A trip to Castello di Serravalle to discover the secrets of the Ecomuseo della Collina e del Vino. Followed by a walk through the vineyards of Azienda Agricola Fedrizzi with a final tasting of their finest wines, accompanied by small platters of cured meats.
- Visit to the "dei Bago" vinegar cellar
During the visit, you will have the opportunity to explore the ancient barrels, learn about the history and process of making balsamic vinegar, and taste various ages paired with typical local products.
