Discover the stone Mill and taste ancient grains: guided tour and lunch at the farm
The Ciurlone Mill, named in memory of Luigi and Vittorio—millers who preserved this craft for generations—is the work of an Austrian artisan who combined wood and traditional stone milling techniques with the functionality of modern electricity.
Today, the mill is run by Vittorio and Rosy together with their daughters, and it specializes in the cultivation of ancient grains and baked goods made from rediscovered traditional recipes.
Together with the family, you'll have the opportunity to learn about the full grain production process and enjoy a convivial lunch featuring recipes from Rosy’s grandmother and the Mill’s own products.
Menù: Lasagne with ragù and vegetables, sausage with homemade bread, “friggione” (traditional onion and tomato side dish), jam tart, water, and wine.
