Palazzo Comelli - A journey among villas and castles

Situated in the historic village of Cà Melati, in the heart of the ancient hamlet of Bargi, Palazzo Comelli is a refined example of upper-class mountain architecture, born from successive extensions on medieval structures.
The complex, immersed in the Parco Regionale dei Laghi and overlooking Lake Suviana, is articulated around evocative internal courtyards, and is flanked by the Casa del Colono, stables and barns under restoration.
It houses the Museo della Terra e del Sole (Museum of the Earth and the Sun), exhibition spaces, conference rooms and the Comelli family's historical notary archive.
